
• Q. Who is behind MotoSpa?
> A. Adrian Whitehead, a skilled motorcycle valeter with a wealth of experience at one of the country’s leading BMW motorcycle dealerships. MotoSpa is the result of Adrian’s desire to bring enthusiasm and professionalism to the local motorcycling community.
• Q. Can I trust you with my bike?
> A. As with any professional service we rely entirely upon our reputation for being hardworking, honest and careful. Most of our work comes through personal recommendation.
• Q. Do you need my bike keys and alarm fob?
A. Nine times out of ten, yes. We don’t need to start or ride your bike, but we will need keys to release the steering lock, remove the saddle, remove luggage or to deactivate the alarm. We are always happy to return your bike securely to the garage before returning the keys.
• Q. Can you work in all weathers?
A. The first part of our job is very wet as we use a hot water pressure washer to remove as much dirt and grit without direct contact with the paintwork. Providing the rain isn’t coming in sideways or bouncing off the ground we can dry the bike and detail clean under our portable gazebo. Common sense prevails if it’s clear we’re going to struggle with the weather conditions.
• Q. I don’t always need a showroom finish valet every time - Do you offer a cheaper service?
A. We do offer different options. Please go to the price list pages.
• Q. I’m interested in a quote, when will you respond to me e-mail?
A. Being a mobile service we are out and about most of the day and deal with e-mails on our return to base in the evening. We will always endeavour to respond to e-mails within 24hrs. Our mobile phones are switched on from at least 08.00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday.
• Q. Can I choose when I have my vehicle valeted?
A. Yes, to a certain extent. There is an on-line booking form, which you may fill in and provide 3 dates, am or pm. However this is not final and would be confirmed by an e-mail or phone call.
• Q. Do you offer any Gift Vouchers?
A. We do offer gift vouchers. On receipt of payment they would be sent to the address of your choice, to be redeemed against the type of service. They will be valid for three months from date of purchase.
• Q. I belong to a club. Do you offer any discount for this?
A. We would offer a discount to club members, although we must have confirmation about the club (from club secretary) plus production of a current members card and be within our operating area.
• Q. I would like my vehicle valeted on a regular basis, are there any reduced rates?
A. Only on a monthly/weekley bases.
• Q. I work in a large building with many vehicles, do you offer reduced rates for this?
A. This would depend on how many vehicles and the location.
